This year interviews for second semester classes will be held on Thursday, October 16^th from 3:00 – 5:00pm , 5:30 – 6:30pm

Online booking for parent-teacher interviews will open Wednesday, October 8th

When booking please note:

• You will book one appointment at a time – you need to go through the process below for each teacher you want to book with.
• The Parent Teacher Meetings will be in the Gym and Cafeteria
• Booking closes at noon on Wednesday October 15^th  at noon

Step by Step:

1. Click on the following link:  https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/EsquimaltHighSchool@gvsd61.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
2. Click in the section “Select Staff (Optional)” on the drop-down arrow to find the teacher’s name
3. Click on the interview time you prefer
4. Go to:  Add your details and add:  Name, Email, Phone Number
5. Go to: Provide additional information Enter your student’s name
6. Click the Have Read box reminder that you have selected the teacher you want to meet with
7. Click ‘Book’ to complete the process

Note:  Repeat process for each teacher you are booking with.
