Esquimalt High School’s Culinary Arts Career Preparation Program is pleased to announce that lunch is served! Check out delicious salads, cookies, muffins etc. as well as our daily lunch features.
The cafeteria is open for cash sales. Lunch is $7.00.

Monday
- Udon stir stir-fry, pork and prawn wonton meatballs, shiitake mushrooms, savoy cabbage, julienne carrots, ponzu sauce
Tuesday
- Buttermilk fried chicken bao buns, passionfruit BBQ sauce, pickled daikon and carrot, cucumber and pickled Fresno chilis
Wednesday
- Beef dip, thinly shaved roast beef, roasted garlic aioli, caramelized onion, on a toasted pretzel bun, served with beef jus and potato chips
Thursday:
- Braised Beef Poutine, house cut fries, cheese curd and gravy, topped with red wine braised beef.
Friday
- Pizza Day!
