In 2003, Mrs. Wignall graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in English and went on to complete a successful teaching practicum at Esquimalt High School. Feeling the need to travel, she then taught English as a Second Language in a small school in South Korea. A year later, upon her return to Victoria, she happily accepted a teaching position at Esquimalt High and truly feels privileged to be able to work within such a dynamic school.
Mrs. Wignall has taught a wide variety of courses, including English within the 4C Challenge Program. As she enjoys travel, she continues to facilitate and participate in school trips to Europe and Russia. Mrs. Wignall has recently completed a Masters degree in Education from the University of Victoria.
