The Esquimalt High Musical Theatre program is excited to present “The Theory of Relativity” on May 28, 29 and June 3, 4, 5 all at 7:00pm (PST). This show presents a collection of stories highlighting themes of reflection, resilience, growth, and interconnectedness – a fitting theme for this year!
As difficult as this year has been, especially after losing our production last year, this production has given us the unique opportunity to explore musical theatre in a new way. We have had the privilege of incorporating alumni, family, community members, and staff from around the district into the show.
From June 3-5 audience members can select a version with Descriptive Video, written and recorded by our students. When viewing the ‘standard’ version, audience members may select to turn on closed captions. We are humbled and grateful for the support of our community. We hope you enjoy “The Theory of Relativity”.
This show was filmed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Students and staff followed strict safety protocols throughout the rehearsal and recording process.
